How can I type my TM [trademark] on a picture, without using photoshop or paint?

I have a bunch of photography that I really want to put online. The only problem is, I don't have my trademark on the pictures. Soo someone could claim my pictures as theres. How can I type my trademark across a picture and have the font look a bit see-through..so it doesnt ruin the picture? I'm pretty sure paint wont work and I am not gonna buy photoshop or illegally get it.
