If we do Brisk Walking regularly how many kgs we can lose in 6 months?

Brisk walking is a very good exercise for losing weight, better than most people think. At first you might increase your appetite so be careful not to increase your calorie intake. Eat mostly protein after walking and carbohydrates before walking to give you energy. You will lose weight if you keep your calorie intake the same but if you can eat less you will of course lose more weight quicker however you still have to eat a well balanced diet to give yourself sufficient nutrition. Cut back on fats and sugar.
