How available are parts for 1970's mopeds such as Peugeot?

My mom wants a moped and told me her price range and what she wants, so she asked me to get her one. I came across a 1978 peugeot 103lvs moped that runs but needs the carbs cleaned (no biggie) but besides that is beautiful. my only concern about it is being able to find parts for it. Im sure i can find some parts on ebay ect, but by question is if it would need a top end, would i be able to get the parts for it? or something like bottom end bearings, or would i be S.O.L if i had to rebuild it? i have owned and worked on my own 2 stoke dirtbikes for years, so actually doing the work isn't the problem as much as finding the parts i need. Also any other mopeds from the 70's from the japanese manufactures, are they easy to find parts for? Thanks!
