People on here are crazy abouth the whole solid foods?

Ok..a bunch of yall keep saying to stay with formula or milk untill 6 months I dont agree I mean if that is what you wnat then thats fine I say do what you want with your baby you are teh only one who knows whats best for them. Now my baby is boy is 12 weeks and yes he is still eating plenty of formula he has probally about 6 6 oz bottles a day, but I did let him have rice cereal mixed with formula when he was just about a month old now it was only about a table spoon at first. then about 2 weeks ago my best friend who has 6 month old twin girls was over and we were talking about it and she said that i could start him on oatmeal cereal since he was good with rice and when she showed me how to make it it was a 4 oz formula bottle mixed well with cereal and then just a little bit of juice just to give it flavor.and he did very well with that he ets his cereal out of a feeder and he never gags he swallows well. This past Friday my mom had bought him stage 1 banannas so we replaced the juice with that and again he did very well. so monday while grocery shopping me and my husband decided to get differnt types of stage 1 fruits and so far he has liked it and done well with it. I give him his cerealmixed with fruits feedings before bedtime and then again in the morning around 7. And yes I do also give him 1 2 oz bottle of white g juice a day just so he can have some flavoring between those plain formula bottles he eats all day. My mother had done the same for me and my brother and we are perfectly fine and never had obesity problems or allergies like people are saying on here. a bunch of people on here are saying not start babies on stage 1 untill 6 months well my friend who i said has the 6 month old twins have her girls on stage 2 now and they do well. my baby holds his head up on his own very well and he never chokes while eating his cereal. And yes i am probally fixing to start more of stage one food besides just fruits to give him around his 5:00 feeding for dinner and i will be spoon feeding him. he is very close to 3 months. Is there anyone on here that does agree with this. And please nomore stuff like your baby will have health problems and all that like people on here have been saying. Like I said mothers are the only ones who knows there babies best Is ay each mother should do what they want with there own child. Who agrees? Dont yall know back in the old days that all this stuff people are saying about waiting untill 6 months for solids was never even thought of.
