Changing Mr. Hugh's Diaper discovery?

I am an art student with a part time job as a caregiver for the elderly. One of my many ignments is Mr. Hugh. I went to change his Snug Me Tender Undergarment and I saw something very unusual. He has a 3rd testes? Iam not sure what you call them, but in biology, I remember it was testes. well, I ve never seen a naked man in my life, and I've gone over this because I am kind of like a nurse aide. Still, this shocked me. Mr hugh smiles and said that he was born in the Galapagos Islands, and due to the equator being so near to the sun, he was born with a third one...he said it was normal...Is this normal.?
