New ELV laws for Rugby the best thing ever for the sport but Eddie Jones is whinging why?

The All Blacks are the top of the world rankings second placed South Africa and third placed Australia. Why is Eddie Jones whinging about the new ELV laws? Because he now in the Northern Hemisphere coaching rugby and they can't keep up physically with the Southern Hemisphere sides with the new laws. He should stop complaining and get his club up to speed with the new laws they are the best thing for rugby.
