My girlfriend talks and answers me when dreaming about her day/night?

My girlfriend talks with words, facial expressions and hand gestures when sleeping. She will talk about things and friends and stuff that happened that day, then they get ual in nature even to the point of calling out names...so should I be listening and paying attention to these as I have always suspected something was going on. She is always tired in mornings and tosses and turns while dreaming all night. Could this be the result of quilt?
