I have shingles,my my lymph nodes are swollen and sore is that a symptom of shingles?

i am a 20 year old women i was just diagnosed with shingles but my lymph nodes under my arms are swollen and very tender and painfull is this a symptom of shingles? and i have a daughter who is 1 and a half years should i stay away from her completely she hasn't had chicken pox?
