I'm having friendship problems, HELP ME PLEASE?

Kylie and Jess are my close friends. Theyre close friends with Luke, who always hangs out with us. Luke and I don't click as well. Sometimes I feel like he doesn't like me, sometimes I feel like he does. I'm nice to him, never done anything bad to him, but sometimes I think I annoy him. Its annoying how hes always around, and I feel like they like him more than me. Also, Kylie used to be my best friend, but now she's closer with Jess. It bothers me because I want to the best friend thing to be mutual. Talking it out makes her aware, but it doesn't bring us way closer. And I also used to hang only with Kylie a lot, but now we never do that. She always wants to be with other people too. What should I do?
